I had the extremely good fortune of meeting Dr. Peter McCullough at the ReOpen San Diego https://www.reopensd.org/ sponsored event this past Saturday night. There's only been a few times in my life where I insisted on getting a photo with a person that I admire and this was one of those moments. Dr. Peter McCullough is a hero for having the courage to speak out at the risk of his career as a world renowned doctor.
This is NOT an "AntiVaxx" post, this is a ProChoice post. This post is more about vitamin D and zinc than it is about Hydroxychloroquine or Ivermectin.

Me: I’m not “pushing” anything, I’m sharing information. Tell me what you think “‘the AGREED upon ‘scientific and medical’ consensus’” is? Also, who are you? Do we know each other? Also, please don’t call Dr. Peter McCullough “dubious” unless you’re familiar with his work in regards to preventing and treating C!9, lest you be the one “pushing disproven nonsense”.
John: he’s “pushing”, not you. And there is a lot. Hydroxychloroquine doesn’t work against covid, vaccines are effective and safe, etc. Just try to be open to all information and see what stands up to basic logical and scientific scrutiny rather than just reading things you already agree with and getting caught up in these conspiracy theories. His claims are dubious, he’s being sued by his former employer. Just try to independently verify his claims with primary scientific research. And please more banjo, less political stuff

1 If Dr. McCullough is “dubious” because he is being sued by his former employer, then what word do we use to defame Pfizer, a company that lost a case for the biggest health care fraud in history, owing $2.3 billion in 2009?
2 Was Galileo a 1 out of 10,000 “dubious dissenter” when he suggested that the earth revolves around the sun?
3 You have no idea if Hydroxxxy works or not, so take your mainstream disinformation to someone gullible enough to believe your dismissive tone on this subject. Besides, Dr. McCullough prescribes other medications other than Hyroxxxxy and you would know that if you were familiar with his work, including being an advocate of natural immunity (a topic not talked about enough)
4 Why don’t you try telling the thousands of people who died and/or injured from this vackseen that this injection is “safe and effective” (VAERS); tell all the people who still get terribly ill with C!9 even though they are fully vacksenated. Again, I’m not trying to persuade anyone either way, but there are two sides to this story with much nuance. There are risks involved with any route that people choose to deal with C!9. The “safe and effective” slogan is worn out already and it sounds like a joke whenever someone says it.
5 I trust we both want to help the world. However, we should all know by now that the only way to change the world is to change ourselves because no one can change anyone else. I want to live in a world where people are free to make medical decisions based on their own research and intuition. You seem to want a world where there is only one medical solution and everyone is forced to do that. History shows that forcing people to do things that go against their intuition leads to unpleasant outcomes. Please do what you think is best for you, but do not tell me or anyone else what to do. You can disagree and debate me all you’d like. I don’t want to be in an echo chamber here on social media. I think it’s good to be challenged, but do not tell me what to do. It is not my duty to convince you of anything. I’m speaking out on what I believe because there are people out there who need to know that they are not alone on how they feel about everything that is going on. There are a lot of people out there who are taking the injection because they have been pressured into it and that is sad.
6 I appreciate that you chose to follow me because of my banjo playing! However, this post is not political and I have never posted anything political on social media. If it must be known, I think Trump is making money on his warp speed MAGA jabs and probably just about every other politician out there (Biden and whoever), but that is just my opinion. Politics seem to be a soap opera and we must be the change we want to see in the world. I post this kind of stuff because I believe if I don’t start speaking out now, soon we will be living in a 1984 Orwellian reality, where I will have to ask permission to the powers that be, which song I am allowed to play. Speaking out about my medical choice is the most peaceful way to resolve this conflict. The faster everyone can accept the fact that billions of people around the world refuse this vackseen and that there are other solutions to C!9, the faster we will all get back on track; the sooner I won’t feel compelled to speak out about my medical choices.

8 I hope it is clear to everyone that I support everyone’s decision on how they are handling this C!9 crisis. I defend/respect anyone’s choice to get the vackseen because that is everyone’s right.
John: as someone that works in this field, it’s disheartening to see otherwise nice and reasonable people be so profoundly mislead. I would love to unwrap all of the misconceptions you have about COVID-19 and the vaccine, but you, and many of those who have traveled down this rabbit hole, aren’t open to hearing other qualified people talk about this. Instead immediately you get defensive and attack. Yes people have the right to make their own decisions, no one is disputing that. I’m encouraging people to educate themselves with reliable resources. I encourage you to talk to as many doctors and biologists as you can with an *open mind*, rather than through the conspiratorial lens that you already have on. You will learn a lot. And I don’t owe you positive comments, I’ve liked plenty of your stuff and have given you free photos for your page. Again, with an open mind, educate yourself on the other side of this, or at least try. There are so many good, honest, intelligent people that have done so much to make the progress that we have.

We could bring up what we believe are true dirty facts about people we believe in forever. In the end we all do what we find to be best for ourselves. This is why I am Pro Choice. Jane: Your antivaxx nonsense puts my infant child in danger. You're not a friend. Public health issues aren't sports teams and the fact that you would even compare those two things shows how little you under diseases, or the science involved. Which is understandable a huge thing happened and it seems scary so why not turn to people who give easy answers during tough times. This isn't about choices this is about you putting other people in danger by using your platform to promote falsehoods and misinformation.
